The vegetarian gelling agent can be used as an alternative to gelatin.

Ingredients:
Gelling agent (agar agar, locust bean gum, konjak), maltodextrin.
Preparation:
1 sachet gelling agent equals 1-3 sheets of gelatin.
2 sachets of gelling agent corresponds to 4-6 sheets of gelatin.
3 sachets of gelling agent corresponds to 7-9 sheets of gelatin.
From recipes with 10-12 sheets of gelatine 5 sachets of gelling agent with 500ml of liquid / water.
1. For one sachet gelling agent 100ml cold liquid / water is needed. If, for example, juice, milk or wine are used in the recipe, they may be filled additionally with water.
2. Mix the gelling agent with cold liquid / water in a cooking pot with a whisk.
3. Boil while stirring and put directly into the mass / cream to be thickened. No temperature compensation is required.
4. Immediately process according to your recipe.
